You guys are going to have to try harder if you want to keep up with the Hydrogen Project, your only sending out 50% Errors while their hitting 100%.

please don't be a "***"... we are in alpha, not beta, or a full project...

jack is doing his best considering he has his hands in multiple projects.

That's my job to be a Ass, it's a dirty Job but somebody has to do it. If everybody runs around Kissing the Dev's Rear Ends like some of you tend to do these Dev's might get a Big Head and actually thing their doing a good Job.

If Jack has his hands in multiple projects then maybe he has to much on his hands and needs to lighten his load some so he can do a better job. And don't call me a "***" Mr "***" Unless you want to be Reported for using "***" Language .. :)

Its a bit upsetting. Everything was working very well until I tried to do flexible docking. I'll be sending out short batches for a while to test it out.

No problem Jack, what some people don't realize is a lot of what I post is just Tongue in Cheek stuff to make sure I get my Point across. I'm the same way on every board so you didn't get singled out for special treatment.

I figured that after a whole day almost of seeing this Project & the Hydrogen Project send out mostly error's I needed to send out a Zinger or two, if I was that upset I wouldn't even be running the Project or even bother to Post about the error's ... :)

6/19/2009 2:41:59 PM DrugDiscovery [error] Can't rename output file v2_flex3_fzd8min_24983_ChemDiv_3219-0002_1245430653_1_0 to projects/boinc.drugdiscoveryathome.com/v2_flex3_fzd8min_24983_ChemDiv_3219-0002_1245430653_1_0: Error 2

not a lot of errors but some, i think we're ok to proceed..
2 out of 8 s far....

1 thing i see, is nodelete_249 wu's showing up in manager as v2_felx3.....

This is good. I'll keep an eye on all workunits using this input. If all workunits with this input has a problem then we know its something to do with the input. But it is also possibly an application error.

I'm getting truckloads of computational errors. Click here for an example of an errored out work unit. Most of mine are computational errors, with only a few completed.

yes, we know that v2 flex, half of them run fine, and the other half error out, some of the new wu's are gromacs and they are all not zipping right....

atleast your wu's got more than 8 seconds before they error.

nen, are any of them completing?

oh, and if your computer/dd is turning 100% errors here at dd, could you go over to hydrogen@home and grab a few wu's and see what they turn and crunch if you haven't already.....? new batch of work has been released from hydrogen....
