Message 1146 - Posted: 1 Sep 2009, 19:06:52 UTC

I brought one of my hosts back to see how things were going after the rebuild. I am getting only download errors. I have gone back to NNW for now.

The autodock/mgltools jobs are missing their data file(?) and fail download immediately.

The mdrun jobs cannot get several dll's and one exe, all coming back as 0 size files and repeatedly trying to download. I had to abort these downloads to stop the cycle, which caused the mdrun job to fail as expected.

I attempted a Reset and a Detach/Attach of the host, neither of which helped. Here is a sample of my logs.

Not sure if you fixed something or if it is a nice side effect of the database restore but I was able to successfully download a batch of autodock/mgltools WUs.
Thanks

my 64-bit Linux-Host (ubuntu) crashed many workunits
<stderr_txt>
mdrun_cuda_0.120_i686-pc-linux-gnu__cuda: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenMM.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
</stderr_txt>

And I can not find libOpenMM.so in any repository!
Where can I get it or is it a project-file which was not delivered ???

I canceled the longer ga10 today. I want to troubleshoot our workflow issues and these ga10s take about an hour. if we don't do 10 genetic algorithm iterations then it takes about 10 minutes. That will allow me to make lots of adjustments and see the effects.

I've got a lot again that fail after 16 seconds, probably about 50%, look here.

They exit with error 195 and this stderr:
