The latest batch of gromacs has an est. run time of 147 hours. Already 50% after only a couple minutes.

Edit: And the second batch it pulled down came with estimates of 269 minutes each.

They jumped to 90% in the first few minutes, and have been there for over 2 hours now. Could it be that these really will take 147 or 269 hours each?

P.S. That was a typo in the previous post. 269 *hours* each.

Hi
Most of the wu's I've done today have been like that, I even had some with runtimes of over 500 hrs, most have taken about 2 hrs to complete but a couple took just under 4 hrs. The real problem is all completed wu' were marked as "completed can't but validate" or "redundant result" despite finishing, uploading(eventualy), and reporting correctly. From what I've seen and read here it seems the same thing happened to everybody, so if you have many wu's you may want to think about aborting them. I believe this only seems to apply to wu's downloaded today, but I am not to sure about that.

2-4 hours for the batch I just released. Yes I am very sorry. The canceled workunits need to be aborted. If you don't abort then send me a PM if you don't get credit 6 hours after. I have a script that credits workunits that are invalid. I'm not sure if it will credit when they are canceled.
