2 things I noticed right off: 1) I have nothing in the c: partition except win7 boot files (100MB partition) and 2) why is it looking in the hydrogenathome.org directory? :P

It isn't. That's a leftover from the compiler used to compile the application with. The directory pointed out there isn't on your own system.

ValueError: invalid literal for float(): LIG1

Find out if this workunit was validated. LIG1 may be an issue with the input file for this ligand.

Overall it seems the error rate was low.. ended up with ~ 250

Just browsing through the first 20 errors, it seems that there are some common errors occuring.. I listed the Task ID for each and the error. I would assume that the LIG1, LIG2, GLN1, ILE1 etc.. errors are all the same, but I don't know..

hope it helps some, looking forward to hearing what the issue is with loading the files.

I would like to report these to researchers working on MGLToools. Maybe they can add to their code :-)

I'm still getting mass Error's on the WU's plus it seem's the ones I do finish won't Upload or very slow at best.

I have 260 WU's right now trying to Upload & their clogging up my systems by keeping the other Projects from Uploading their WU's & getting new work from them. Also it's making it very hard to even get online to post this ...

Not getting so many(All) errors as yesterday but uploads sure are slow, but the main problem is reporting wu's.

It looks like the Errors are instantaneously so it may have some thing to do with the Downloading of the WU's. Still not getting any Uploaded or very few @ best. I hate to Abort that many Finished WU's but it may be the only way I'll get my Farm back if things don't improve soon.

Right now I'm running out of work from the other Projects, can't get my E-Mail, very very slow getting around the Web & it's all due to the amount of WU's trying to Upload the the Drug Project not allowing for anything else to get thru to my Farm.

Since Jack has cancelled all tasks that are out there, you can abort the uploads.
This will not upload the tasks and you will not get credit for them. Reporting them isn't possible, anyway.

Can the server be turned back on, so that we can report the cancelled tasks?
