I get ~8 credits for 30 min wu's on my 3.2ghz dual core. 8*4*24=768 credits per day. Am I wrong or it should be about 2-3k on my cpu?

PS: hmm... now I see that it's probably ok...
After 30-40k per day on my gpu in milk/coll projects I already can't apprehend this insanely small credit's amount on cpu :D

Why can't be seen results with granted credit? Are results deleted after crediting immediately?

Jack, will you do some optimisations in wus to increase ammount of credits per wu? Aqua gives 300 credits for 40 minutes wus on my pc... http://aqua.dwavesys.com/forum_thread.php?id=464#6588
What do you think about aqua admins answers in this thread about default boinc apps and optimised apps with multi-threading and SSE instructions, can you do the same and is this possible with folding calculations?

getting the apps to run is challenging in of it self.. the current apps don't have multi-thread capabilities. Believe me, we would all like to see us have MT apps, but right, it's not built-into the app.

I know Jack make a HUGE work and its great that project works pretty stable. Its hard itself, but I asked because i heard that some projects could give more credits but decrease it. So im curious is this really a programming problem(multithreading, sse) or project admins can change a credit system when they need it?

we have the ability to change credit/sec level. once we get some funding(crosses fingers); we all should be able to devote some more time to the project make things better. Jack just has a lot on his plate right now.
